2010 Palm Springs Modern Expo This spring my wife Sally and I decided to take in the Modern Expo in Palm Springs. We had never slowed down on our way to the coast to really see the excellent examples of mid-century modern architecture. Our trip was blessed with beautiful weather and a great tour guide for our first day of touring on their double decker bus. The bus tour was an excellent way
to become familiar with the layout of the city. If you go next year,
bring a hat and your camera for a good time. There was so much to
take in we both felt overwhelmed with information. Luckily our camera
has an excellent memory. The following pages are loaded with great
examples of mid-century modern homes. We hope you enjoy seeing them.
