1925 Territorial

After years of hard work the owner of this home called on us to help complete the project. Once the original house was completed, the owner decided to remove the old poorly built addition and garage to make room for a new master suite addition. Working with the historic society we came up with a plan to build a 500 square foot addition that would match the style and quality of the orginal home.

Original bathroom restored with new tile and fixtures. Subfloors were lowered to maintiain same level as original floors.

Original hardwood flooring refinished, retextured walls and restored original coved ceilings.

Archways were created to continue the flow from original house to the new addition.

Master suite in new addition has a vanity, shower and walk in closet.

A large porch was added to the rear of the house.
